COLLETE'S SITE IS SUPER HIP
Loving this effort from achingly hip Parisian department store Collete. Very French design with lots of quirky little bits to play with, giving the tired old "blog" format a bit of a shakeup, and adding some music into the mix too.
Colette have also recently announced a collaboration with Japanese casual basics brand UNIQLO. The collaboration will involve Uniqlo opening a shop-in-shop on colette's first floor before their Flagship arrives this autumn 2009 in the centre of Paris. The store will contain a preview of their new collections including their UT, denim, cashmere and limited edition ranges.
Not sure as its a completely ideal fit, but Uniqlo seem keen to push beyond casual basics, and no doubt they have something up their sleeve for the A/W09 collections.
